"When they came to clean the room they did a terrible job, still toothpaste etc in the sink Did not sweep at all… and sadly the floor was coated in sand despite our best efforts to rinse off after being at the beach Did not bring towels to the room; did not replenish coffee, we had to go to front desk for toilet paper Our check was late; did not get out room till 4:30 despite being told we could check in early when we got there The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go to front desk everytime Food was good in the restaurant but very overpriced The only thing that hotel had going for them is friendly restaurant staff Elevator was painfully slow so took the stairs everytime Do not recommend at all "

"I am requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable and unsafe conditions I experienced during my recent stay at the Miami International Airport Hotel. Bathroom: There was an obvious burn mark on the toilet seat—consistent with damage from a pipe—which is both unsanitary and completely unacceptable. Hotel Conditions: The hallways were dirty, dim, and lit with harsh neon lighting that created an unsafe and unsettling environment. Safety Concern: A visibly intoxicated guest aggressively attempted to open my room door, cursing and shaking the doorknob because his key wasn’t working. I did not open the door for my safety. He eventually realized he was on the wrong floor, but the incident was frightening and showed a lack of security oversight. To make matters worse, the front desk provided no meaningful assistance throughout any of this. Given these conditions and the lack of support from hotel staff, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I will not be staying at this property again. Please confirm when the refund will be processed."
