「At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!」

「O atendimento na recepção é muito gentil, a localização é ótima, o restaurante é muito bom, tem piscina na cobertura o que é ótimo caso queira aproveitar. Chegamos no hotel ainda de manhã e nosso check in seria somente às 15:00 mas guardaram nossas malas e liberaram o uso da piscina e banheiros que ficam naquela área então foi ótimo! Caso queira, oferecem cadeira e toalha de praia desde que seja solicitado antecipadamente. O hotel tb explica onde encontrar estacionamento próximo, não se pode...
