3. Seven Mile Bridge

Follow it out and keep going to Pigeon Key, where you can admire the snaking bridge from afar.

4. Dolphin Research Center

For more than half a century, Grassy Key has been home to one of the most progressive and dedicated dolphinariums in the United States: the Dolphin Research Center. The facility comprises a series of enclosed lagoons covering more than 2 acres (0.87 hectares). A must visit in my opinion. Go to the turtle hospital and learn about our endangered friends. See the great work the hospital is doing to look after the turtles. Takes about 90 mins to go round,meet all the turtles and even feed them.

Today we embarked on a 7 mile kayak journey around Boot Key. This is a mangrove island that is full of bird life and beautiful waterways. Highlights today were osprey, king fishers, sharks, jelly fish, egrets and so many more birds that we could not identify. Please enjoy
