"Right on the ocean. Beachfront Large quantity of reasonable restaurants, stores etc. within a 5 minute drive Mid way on the keys Exceptional property Top notch pool and beach loungers and chairs. Waterproof thick plush pads For a place I would say built 50+ yrs ago they have renovated and kept it very nice Very Quiet a/c split system , Keurig coffee maker in room with K cups and creamer Large quantity of shower necessities Ample supply of plush towels Comfortable beds with good pillows When we visit the keys again this would be our first choice, we stayed late June 3- nights "

"Our first stay in the Keys to celebrate 60th birthdays & 20th wedding anniversary. This neighborhood & property were amazing. Nice quiet area that is very clean. The views from the condo were beautiful and nice beach. Michael our host made everything so easy, gave lots of info about the area & truly cared about our experience. The condo was stocked with all the necessities. Magical place, hope to return some day."

"We loved this property! It is comfortable and has more than everything for a perfect vacation. The covered patio allows you to be outside at all times during the day. The access to Club Cabana made the trip. Loved it!!"

"This place was absolutely amazing. It’s got a bunch of great restaurants around it and the pool and in the back are amazing after a long day on the boat. The docking is really easy and it’s only a short ride out to the Atlantic side. There is also a marina in the same bay the house is in so getting gas or bait in the morning is really easy. It’s honestly the perfect little spot for just about anything you want to do."

"The house was absolutely beautiful and has it all! My husband and I have stayed several times in Key Colony Beach and this was by far the most well appointed home. Has EVERYTHING! Great and spacious for 5 couples and the outside space including the dock were superb. Monica was fantastic and was available if we needed anything!! Will definitely be back!!"

"Our family and extended family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We loved having enough bedrooms for everyone and have such great kitchens to cook in…especially on the first floor near the pool/backyard and all the activities. The house was very, very clean and we loved the nice surprise of baskets of pool towels ready to go when we arrived. We would recommend this house to all and will be booking again for our annual stay next summer. "
