"Drift is well located but lacked some basic features that would make our stay more enjoyable. There is no dresser, no hooks to hold towels in the bathroom and the room, the sink is really tiny. The table and chairs are also very small. Overall the room needs some love to justify the asking price. "

"Thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayside with one exception. We purchase snacks from reception (crisps and a peanut bar) having eaten them I was fiddling with the wrappers and noted they were both over their sell buy dates. One by 2 months and the other by 6 months! We drew this to the attention of the staff who were very apologetic. Once checked out I noticed that we were still being charged for the items! I emailed the hotel to point out the situation and got nil response! Payment has since been taken. VERY disappointing customer service! "

"BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! This resort is OVERPRICED for a run-down, tired, outdated used-to-be motel. To call it a Resort is laughable. The pictures on the website are INACCURATE and obviously very old. On the website, the rooms look shabby chic, when in reality they are only ancient and worn out. I booked a garden-view room, but the only view my room had was of the parking lot out the front window or a concrete wall that had a landscape painted on it out the back window - I guess that was my "garden". They do not provide daily cleaning services - which I have never experienced at a Hotels.com property. The office is a tacky, cluttered, outdated shambles that is could be in an episode of hoarders, and the office staff was unfriendly. When I went to inquire about my room since there was no garden view and it did not look anything like the pictures, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that they had nothing else available, though I did not see an abundance of other guests given how many rooms they had. EVERYTHING from the appliances to the cookware, to the furniture is old and worn out. The couch pillows were so old I sank into a hole when I sat on it. Additionally, the couch had stained pillows on it. I was extremely disappointed in the accommodations. The only nice thing that I can say is that the property is on the water with a pretty view, but they did not have enough lounge chairs. I could have paid the same amount or less for a WAY nicer place! "

"We enjoyed our stay, however, we prefer separate soaps, shampoo and conditioners. We did not like the refillable ones. Also our slider had some trouble opening and shutting/locking. Not a lot of amenities, but overall, comfortable. Spacious!"

"It’s a good one for rest for a couple hours and keep going. Sink was clogged and full of water. Was very discusting but was late when we get to the room so we didn’t call and we were leaving next day "
