"We loved staying at The Reach and we had a King studio view of the beach. The location was quieter, less crowded, and perfectly located on the southern end. We did not rent a car, so we took Ubers to most destinations, or walked. We found there was no reason to rent a car and we spent 7 days there. Ubers are most reasonable and readily available. Duvall street was a couple of block, filled with many restaurants, bars and shops. We found that The Reach had everything either at the resort, or nearby so walking to some of the local restaurants were our favorites. The Reach exceeded our expectations, with clean grounds, a very professional, friendly and helpful staff and had its own beach and pool on the grounds. We will definitely go back and stay at The Reach. Definitely go to Blue Heaven for breakfast and Louie’s Backyard for dinner! Highly recommend!"

"Our room was very clean. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good (although I would have liked the fresh fruit served on Saturday again on Sunday and Monday. The larger pool was a dream come true. Although we did walk to the beach every day, we also enjoyed the pool everyday. We would definitely return. "

"Everything about this property is top notch! You feel like you’re in a lovely jungle, while being right in historic,busy Key West. We loved our room, the pools, the wonderful staff, the bar…everything!"

"Never had a chance to check in the reservation from Expedia never went through and even though I showed them the invoice they still had me waiting to get hold of management finally after waiting for what seemed like forever without a solution other than paying again and getting refunded from yall I just ended up canceling the reservation It was a very frustrating experience"

"The property was so beautiful. The walkway was surrounded by palm trees which made you feel secluded. The rooms were large and decorated very nicely. Our private balcony on the second floor was where we had our morning coffee. The rooftop pool offered daily happy hour with “free” Bloody Marys and mimosas from 11am-1pm and then it was onto sangrias or wine in the afternoon. A shout out to Janee at the bar. She is awesome! They did a nightly turndown service with muffins and mini dove bars brought to your room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay!"

"Nice place - be ready to pay more than you expect with hidden fees not included in Expedia costs. Parking was $50/day and other service fees- ended up being an additional $450 for 4 days (not food/drink- just nonrefundable fees.) Then there’s the $400 refundable they take on top of that. Not cool."
