Staircase to the third floor leads to another large master bedroom, main bathroom, and washer and dryer laundry area. Both bedrooms have large picture windows, but still have plenty of privacy. Apartment has central air along with supplemental A/C units in master bedroom. Be close enough to the action, but far enough away to get some quiet down time. Several questions related to outside space; there is very little outside first floor space with this location, you have an empty lot next to this building, but no maintenance as such either. There is a balcony on the second floor with accordion vintage glass doors which lets in plenty of natural light, and a nice view of the back of the lot. Shutter windows open and you can see on both sides of the building, and get fresh air circulating through. There is not a designated parking spot for this address at this time.
