"Property was well landscaped. Pool area and bar area were well maintained and staffed. complimentary breakfast was well presented. The room, however, was barely average. It was dirty when we arrived but staff did come quickly to clean it when I complained. The bathroom had the dumbest sink I’ve ever seen. It was so narrow you could barely wash or brush your teeth without getting water all over the floor "

"Great location at the South end of KW. However the chickens werent able to keep up with the bugs. The price has tripled but the amenities have declined since our last stay. "

"This was our fifth stay at Southernmost Resort and the Avalon Room was so small. There was no closet, no dresser, no coffee/espresso machine and the bathroom was so tiny. We couldn’t unpack anything. This was a far cry from the oceanfront rooms we always get. This was a special weekend for us. My husband’s birthday, our Anniversary and my birthday. I did reach out to the front desk and the next morning, they said they could change our room to a partial ocean view, which was wonderful! It changed our weekend and made a huge difference! We ended up having the best time! "
