"Outside building was great. Could improve with room maintenace. Our room was ocean view, but toilet fil valve was broken, and takes 30 minutes wait to flush. Window frame paint was peeling. Otherwise its a great place."

"The room was musty with an old window AC unit. It rained one night and we had a large puddle in the room in front of the door Over priced and had to keep asking for service. The only advantage was being two blocks from Duval street and having available parking for an additional $30/night. Management ingnored the issues with water leaking into the room, noisy AC units and musty smells"

"The staff was helpful and friendly, we were able to park on site and the pool and hot tub were the most clean of any B&B in The Keys. Our room was spacious with an extra room with couch, table/chairs which is rare for a B&B. The room was very clean but old use some updating. The reason I did not offer more stars for the Amenities was due to the bike fee. This was misleading on Expedia and appeared to be part of the resort fee. We were charged $15 pp per day for bike rentals. "

"This was simply the perfect location close to duval st and fun but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The place was immaculate. The service spot on at the desk with every question and issue resolved from my iPhone tech problems to renting a bike right on site to sending me to laundry next door to giving me excellent dining options recommendations. The breakfast included was exactly what was needed omelets perfectly made to order along with many other grab and go options yogurt fruit bagels toast yourself etc. I had a wonderful stay will hopefully come back again. "

"The Inn consisted of a number of buildings giving you a little more privacy. The rooms were large, including the bath. The grounds were lush with a lovely secluded pool in back. A nice breakfast buffet was included as well as a Happy Hour. Most everything was walkable and there were plenty of Ubers available. "

"We loved staying at Casa Victoria! It was perfect for our couples trip. Spent most of our time on the back patio, enjoying the pool, hot tub, and grill! The managers were very responsive and friendly with our questions. The location was quiet and private but also a short walk to Duvall St and the beach! Overall, highly recommend this property! "

"Basically a lovely property, well maintained, in a very nice neighborhood, and just a couple of blocks from Duval, the ‘main drag.’ For a Select Registry property the manager needs to be more hospitable and attentive to guests. The happy hour, wine and cheese, in the afternoon needs a considerable upgrade and the breakfasts were quite ordinary."
