"The whole experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Big thank you to Trudy & Ridolfo. Love the attention to detail, white linen tablecloths at breakfast.Have been to key west about 2-3 times per yr for 30 yrs. Usually stay at another property. They have recently been bought out by a large company. Do not like the corporate feel. Staff is no longer friendly. Orchid Key is my new place to stay, See you soon!"

"Great place to go. close to everything and they offer many options have several pools, ,beautiful beach. Offer trivia games and other things for entertainment fun. So glad I stayed here and highly recommend. "

"This is not a 5 star hotel but the beds were clean and comfortable. We had a large room with 2 queen beds and a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave and full sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was nothing special but typical grab & go options. I heard they are getting a toaster and will have bagels and toast as additional options. The heated pool was great for a relaxing float. The hotel is in a great location and we love the Tipsy Rooster bar. The only negative was that the floors could have been cleaner."

"We loved the location and the rooms. But my favorite was the beds!! OMG i slept so great on these beds. When i got home i called them to find out the manufacturer and model because I'm going to order the same bed for my house lol. Great time highly recommend Key west and the Pier House Resort"
