"Hosts were very communicative with check in as we arrived later than the office hours. The house boat is simple - nothing fancy. We did have a few ants. But otherwise, all was ok. "

"Maybe some board games or outdoor games to pass some time in between going out. Cornhole botchy ball some card games.. play 9, phase 10. Other than that property does not show well online compared to real life. Way nicer in person."

"My husband, dog and myself stayed for a month and really enjoyed this house. Lovely touches include a plush robe, steamer, soaps and shampoo, blow dryer etc. Lots of extra linens, towels. Well-stocked kitchen, including 2 coffee makers, keurig coffee pods and regular coffee. Frig had filtered water and ice. Every weekend is a flea market and we got some great buys there. The Keys is very pet friendly and many bars and restaurants are pet-friendly. Host was very responsive . "

"This place had everything we needed and then some. Communication was great, the house was great, we loved the quiet location with the Key Deers in the neighborhood and Manatees in the canals. Such a great spot!"

"Frigate’s Nest was a great place to stay at while in the Keys. Separate houses made it nice to have families have their own space while still being steps away from each other. Houses were in great shape and clean with bathrooms for each room. Place was secluded and had dock on the gulf. We had a great time for mini season! Would definitely rebook and comeback!"

"Such a wonderful, spacious, and private property! We also appreciated having backyard access to the channel to launch our kayaks along with a public boat ramp around the corner to launch our jet ski. The view from the back deck is absolutely addictive! We spent hours enjoying the weather, watching passing watercraft, and watching wildlife."
