8.4/10 Very Good! (9,051 reviews)
The Overall Hotel was fine but there were some items that stood out like. No ice machine working on the floor, No robes or shoes in the room, pool service was terrible, Air condition unit stopped working and took well over two hours for someone to come check it. And with all these issues they only wanted to offer a $50.00 credit so with that being said as a very frequent traveler and to Miami i will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will share my experience with friends and business partners.
