"The stay here was exceptional, especially the service from Carmina (not sure if I got it correct) at the front desk. She was extra helpful and always so pleasant. all the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Cons: I was charged a difference in rate from what I booked, which I did think was unacceptable since the rate I paid on Expedia is what it was at my time of booking and I don't think I should have been charged any additional if the rate changed during my stay. A change in breakfast options would have been nice."

"Staying here was comfortable for me and my family, the breakfast was the same everyday but it was included in our price and there’s a laundry room. The parking wasn’t so great we couldn’t really stay out late if we wanted to get a parking in front of our room where we could see our vehicle instead of parking on the street. "

"This place always delivers!!!! We stayed in a Bayside Bungalow Suite with a nice patio facing the Bay. The staff and the accommodations were amazing. Just minutes away from the Mission Beach Boardwalk and Sea World. Several Restaurants on site and a ton of thing for the kids to do."
