"The room was lovely; large, clean, well appointed with all the amenities would would expect from a 5* hotel Check in was the strangest check in I have ever experienced, we arrived to ridiculously long queues and instead of inviting people to sit, maybe with a welcome drink, we all stood in these queues for nearly half an hour. The check in itself took nearly 15mins with a whole series of forms which, in my opinion could have been pre-sent by email or done on an iPad away from the main check in desks. Even with the extensive check in; the staff didn’t give some important information, including the fact that you needed to make reservations for dinner in the hotel restaurants… the first night we almost didn’t eat because of this!! Breakfast was very good, so many options, great coffee and freshly cooked egg station. A couple of things to note, each time you sign something to your room they add 10% service… in addition to this, upon checkout they add an additional ‘resort fee’ to your invoice (for us it was another £30 per night) … we queried this and subsequently asked for it to be removed, but it seemed strange that it had been added in the first place as this was never mentioned during check in either."

"Overall our experience was amazing staffed members make you feel welcome from the receptionist jania , brandon , tania and yamil excellent people would I stay again in this hotel yes 100% my only bad experience was with the people at the tourist center with one of my reservations i definitely don’t recommend booking with them any activities,"
