This hotel has top-notch service. Everyone is so welcoming and helping. I can’t say enough about this place. The hotel is very clean, very accommodating, and extremely close to all of the action. Everything is mainly within walking distance. The Jacuzzi and massage was also a great plus. This hotel is definitely worth it no doubt about it.

New hotel near Las Americas Convention Center. Clean, modern hotel with beautiful pool on roof top, gym, beach access and good breakfast included. My room didn’t have balcony. The closet space is reduced or for just a weekend. Nice view. Excellent customer service. 10 minutes from Airport and 20 to the Old Town.

The location is great. The restaurants are very nice with good food. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with great decor and a nice view outside. Staffers are friendly and do their best to be helpful, even with language barriers. It would be helpful to have phones in the rooms and access to microwave to heat up the many leftovers you will have. Accessing currency is difficult in Colombia. Most ATMs do not accept US bank cards if they do not have 4-digit pin numbers. The elevators are a bit glitchy and you have to keep checking to see that your floor remains selected.
