"It was great stay! Direct access to the beach. Room service. My only issue was having hair in the shower. I didn't report it I just cleaned it myself but they were pretty good stopping by and cleaning during my stay. Fresh towels everyday. Overall I was happy!!"

"The property itself feels outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. The staff was just okay—there was little to no acknowledgment as a guest unless I initiated conversation or needed assistance, which didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was not properly maintained. It didn’t feel tidy upon arrival, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I also requested housekeeping during my 3-day stay, but was informed that rooms are only cleaned every three days, which was inconvenient. Additionally, when my flight was canceled, I asked the front desk about extending my stay or exploring options, and the response I received was very vague and nonchalant. During this time i sat in the lobby for 2-3 hours figuring out my next move due to my flight cancel and not one person stopped and asked if i was okay or needed assistance although i didn’t but seeing someone in your lobby for 3 hours and not saying anything is weird to me. It didn’t feel like they were interested in helping or accommodating the situation. The only highlight of this hotel is the pool—it’s definitely the best feature. However, be aware that at the pool area, your total may be charged twice initially, with one charge later refunded as an authorization, which can be confusing. "

"I absolutely loved my stay here!! My room was adorable and perfect for my 3 night stay. The fridge/freezer was great, along with the microwave to reheat leftovers. I thought the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to control the temperature and cool off from the hot Florida sun. The beach was SO close and made the location perfect for going back and forth. It's obviously hard to keep sand out of your room after a day at the beach, so I was very grateful for the excellent housekeeping staff. The only "negative" was that you can hear everything outside (woke up to the city power washing the streets, heard cats fighting, etc), so I'd recommend a sound machine or something that helps mute the outside noise. Otherwise, I'd absolutely book this place again and I highly recommend!"

"The hotel staff are top notch. The hotel and amenities are what you would expect at this price point. I did not like that they nickel and dime you for items that should be included, I.e. pay extra for a basic umbrella on the beach or a refrigerator in the room. "
