"The hotel is nice and the staff was very nice. I had to watch them deal with a terrible customer and they stayed cool and calm while she berated them. I felt bad for them. I do think the room and hotel is tired and needs to be freshened up with paint especially with details of the corners and bottom of the bathroom doors are rusty and dirty looking but probably not dirty but need paint. Carpets look like they could use upgrade in the hallways. But overall good stay and nice staff."

"The lady at front desk was friendly and professional. The room was clean. The shower got hot in seconds. Great motel on the beach and close to downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Walk down to the water downtown. We love Fernandina Beach and this motel was great."

"Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend."
