「1. The reservation site is not clear and/or helpful. I was under the impression that I had booked a room with a private bathroom, and this was not the case. 2. The photos on the site show only the "bright side of the moon...", be very careful on what you are really booking! 3. There is no clear information that this is a hostel NOT a hotel. 4. Upon arrival there is no indications that check in is on the first floor, very confusing. 5. The person at check in is impolite and not helpful at...

「This is not a Hotel, this is a room in an old building, in an area that has disco in both sides of the street, super noisy and in a shady part of the city. The street is extremely dirty and there was needles and garbage everywhere, in fact right in front the entrance. I did not stay there because I did not feel secure in that place, so did not have even do the check-in. 」
