「The room #1 is very comfortable and big enough for one person. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The staff is very helpful. Challenging to find the entrance, but is there. 「Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time. 」

「Bom local, perto da estação de trem, só o quarto que era muito apertado, mas não fez a viagem menos incrível por isso. O banheiro por ser compartilhado era extremamente limpo e do ladinho do quarto.. Todos os dias que ficamos lá não cruzamos com ninguém, era como se fosse só nosso.」

「La habitación se encuentra en un edificio totalmente remodelado, está todo nuevo. Es bastante cómoda, cuenta con una cama doble, blackout, un baño y ducha muy cómodos. Tiene un área común de cafetería, microondas, lavandería, tabla de aplanchado. Está ubicado en una calle residencial, hay muchos apartamentos alrededor y lugares para comer (recomiendo ir al restaurante Rulo es delicioso 100% comida local), es una zona segura y hay dos estaciones de metro cerca a unos 8-12 mins caminando. 「マドリード空港に20時到着でしたが、入国と荷物受け取りが手間取り、ホステル到着は22時過ぎになりました。親切なスタッフ（男性）のお陰でスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。 whatsAppで連絡をくれて助かりました。入口のインターホンでドアの鍵を開けてもらい 2階まで登ります、この時スタッフの方が重いスーツケースを運んてくれて助かりました。とっても親切、丁寧です。トイレ、シャワーは共有、シャワージェルはありますがシャンプーとコンデショナーはありません。部屋は狭いですが清潔です。」

「Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"モダンなデザインのホテルで、とても良いサービスでした。バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストするのを忘れていましたが快く変更に対応してもらえました。ルームサービスが24時間あり、便利でした。朝食も良かったですが、少し遅くなるとまだ締め切りまでに2時間もあっても食べるものが補充されておらず残念に思いました。それから、部屋へ繋がるエレベーターはフロントの階で乗り換えるのですが、どの階にも誰でも行けてしまうのでセキュリティが少し心配でした。 22時過ぎに部屋のドアをノックされて驚きましたが、清掃係からタオルが余分に必要かと聞かれて驚きました、広い部屋に一人なのでもちろん不要です。そうした要望があればこちらから連絡するのでノックはやめて欲しいです。チェックアウト時の対応も丁寧で、全体としてとても良い印象です"
