"JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良 かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。
施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。
マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はないのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。"

"ゴキブリが2匹出ました。
自然の中 なので仕方ない部分はありますが、ブラックキャップを置くなどの対策は無しです。
またタオルは全く水を吸わず、糸屑が全身につきました。
料理をする為の鉄板は温まるまでに相当の時間が必要で、下準備中に電源を入れたほうが良いです。
のんびりリラックスしに訪れたはずがストレス溜まって帰ってきました。"
