"It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. "缺點: 1.屋內窗簾是全透光，加上房間沒有門, 每早6點會被陽光叫起床 (不介意6時起床是沒問題的) 2. 屋就在路旁, 每有大型車經過會聽得清清楚楚, 導致睡眠質數極差. 3. 屋的隔音幾乎沒有, 由於屋主是將一間大屋間成兩間小屋出租, 在那裡住了三晚, 頭一晚隔壁的3個男孩開大音樂玩到大概晚上差不多12時就安靜, 這也可以接受. 但第2晚隨壁的幾個女生玩到凌晨1點還很嘈雜, 就忍不住過去叫他們安靜一點, 第三晚的日本家庭就很安靜, 所以鄰居是決定你的睡眠質素一個重要原因. 優點: 屋內算是很整潔. 屋內設備很不錯, 應有的也有供應. WIFI 很快很暢順. 房間價格算是很低."

"可愛いくて綺麗な施設。電気ファンヒーターも有り、寒さ知らずの正月を過ごせました。 ５人で利用しましたが、狭さなど感じませんし、ご飯もワイワイ楽しめました。 キッチンの足元の引き出しに気が付かずカセットコンロが、最後まで探せませんでした。 落ち着いて探せばよかったなぁと後悔です。 近くに温泉アクアイグニスもあったので、旅を楽しめる事が出来ました！ペットもゆったり出来て本当良かったです。 鍵の抜き差しがやや硬いのが、焦りました。 "
