「Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. 「Was our first time at this resort and it far exceeded our expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and in general all the amenities provided were exceptional. We went as a family of four with our two seven year olds. They had activities at the kids club everyday and was a highlight of the kids experience. Great balance between kids activities and adults.」
