「What a great little b&b. Really loved our stay. the staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. The breakfast was brilliant, with plenty of choices. Parking looks like it could be a problem at times, but we didn't have any trouble. You are in the middle of Keswick, so it is an easy walk into the centre of town. We would highly recommend.」

「Sharon is a wonderfully accommodating host, very friendly and professional, and eager to share useful local knowledge. The room was spacious, warm, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options are variable and delicious. There is on street parking opposite for people with cars, we had no problem parking and the car was visible from our room. We would definitely stay at the Burnside again and can highly recommend it.」

「The hotel was very well presented in a scruffy and disappointing town. The quality of the catering at the hotel was exceptional. Some of the best food I’ve eaten in an hotel in a very long time. The menu was imaginative with some nice detail and the delivery exceeded expectations. The town wouldn’t attract me back but I would be prepared to travel some distance to sample the food again.」

「A lovely guesthouse with a lovely owner. It’s walking distance to everything in Keswick. Lots of information on walks etc provided. A fantastic cooked breakfast is included in the price. The only negative for me is the radiator in my room wasn’t as hot as my friend's room downstairs and I really feel the cold. Otherwise perfect.」

「フレンドリーなサービスで田舎の実家に帰ったような感覚でした。近くのBassenthwaite Lakeに歩いていけるので朝の散歩にちょうどいいです。Keswickには車で10分、ButtermereやCrummockには30分ほどです。近くにレストランがないのでKeswickで夕食を食べて帰るといいと思います（事前にリクエストすれば夕食も提供してくれるようです）。」
