「Excellent all round 」

「Good- All the Staff are friendly and helpful Bar and restaurant areas are all decorated lovely Really great location just next to harbour and good view Good choice of food for breakfast and ordered and served to the table. Coffee and tea Fruit juice Cereal or tinned fruit Full English Toast Or crumpets All the general areas, toilets and bedrooms very clean Not so good- Our room needs redecorated ( room 6) Large stain on carpet and many marks on walls with very old shabby curtains...

「A very pleasant establishment just outside Keswick. Free parking and local bus stop. Room is in a really old terrace cottage full of character. The proprietor had a roaring fire going and she offered some homemade cafe to have with a brew. Breakfast was great - the eggs were fresh and provided by the hens in the garden. Can't wait to go back」

「Maple Bank is a gem of a place. Super location literally 100 yards from a bus stop, which has an hourly bus right through to midnight, with a £2 fare cap! We chose to walk in to Keswick one morning which took about 50 minutes. Check-in was great and informative, outlining options for breakfast for vegetarian & vegan choices.
