"Everything was top notch apart being charged an extra £30 for 2 nights so that I could have bedding on the sofa bed. Room says it's good for 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed, so booked it for 2 people so we could use as a twin room. That was where reception asked for the extra pounds as they said I didn't state I wanted it as a twin room... although there was nowhere to state I wanted to use it as a twin room when I went through the booking stage"

"I liked to quick lifts and plenty of them. I liked the friendly staff I liked the room, although small and a bit dated it was very clean and quiet I liked the air conditioning I didn’t like the bar food, it wasn’t very warm and such strange menu choices. I didn’t like the breakfast, it was cold and I had to change dirty cutlery twice ! The breakfast serving area was not kept wiped down, a messy counter serving top. "This hotel was great for the price. It was a clean standard hotel. Toilet was very low which I found difficult and parking was an issue, hotel parking is small so gets booked fast and Millennium point car park was difficult to find. All the staff were lovely except for one lady at reception. Breakfast is overpriced (£16.50 or £13.50 if you book the night before) so we found it cheaper to go out and have breakfast. Apart from a few minor inconveniences, our experience was good and I would return....
