「Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi. 」

「The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. 」

「古い建物のインテリアと階段をセンスよくリノベしたアパートメント。３階(2nd floor)のTuscany suiteに３泊しました。 キッチンに小型冷蔵庫，電子レンジ，食器あり，コンロ，鍋なし 朝食用にミルク，ヨーグルト，オレンジジュース，食パン，コーヒー挽き豆&インスタントなどありますがスーパーの日常品グレードのものです。 大型スーパーWaitroseまで車ならすぐ。徒歩7~8分くらい？ 深夜にシャワーを使ったらお湯が不足して水になった。 すぐ近くに民間平置き駐車場13£/24hがあります。直接予約ならホテルから料金分が返還されるようですが，Expediaなど他社仲介の場合はそのサービスはありません。 深夜のお湯以外は快適な部屋でした。レストランへの期待が高くなかったので，３泊中２回の夕食はスーパーで買ったデリやチルド食品にしました。 レンタカーによる旅行の場合不便はありませんでした。まあまあお薦めです。」

「Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

「We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.」

「Extremely disappointed with my weekend away with my partner. The accommodation itself was really lovely; spacious, finished to a high speed specification and had a really good feel to it. Unfortunately we encountered many issues. The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. When we asked the member of staff for a fan, she tutted at me; explained it’s our fault we didn’t bring...

「First of all, Kay was absolutely lovely and was so flexible with some of our travel mess ups and delays. Thank you Kay! Second - have been to Cotswolds several times, I would say this is one of the best locations as far as being out but in - it was literally minutes down the road from Stratford and then driving to other towns was very convenient. We didn’t really end up with much time at the property but the little we were there I would definitely come back! It was so quaint and Cotswoldish!...
