「was nice experience, you have a lot of food options and drinks, the beach looks like little dirty, just have one issue, the people prefer the pool and maybe can't find a spot to stay」

「Just returned from a two week stay. We'd give the Princess Sunset 6 stars if we could. The room, public areas, dining options, food quality, grounds, pools, beach and general facilities were all top class. Service was also great - we had one or two very minor issues (in room coffee maker not working for example) and they were fixed almost immediately and there was a call to check that whatever it was had been taken care of and that we were happy. Liked it so much we have already booked the same...

「I loved my stay here there’s lots of things to do and lots of space to not feel cramped. Lots of food options though the reservation system could use a rework. The food was great sometimes and just okay others but everything else was awesome the shows at the theater were amazing and the feel of being in the jungle was so nice.」

「The resort is amazing, the food, the atmosphere, the entertainment... everything was wonderful. The only thing we didn't like is at the time of our stay the ocean happened to have very strong waves, not sure if we were just lucky like that but oh well, the water temperature in the ocean was perfect. Wish the towel dropoff would stay open till 8 when the pool closes. Would totaly come back one day!! Highly recommend. 」

「The hotel didn’t do a good job at cleaning the seaweed up. Properties around cleaned it up several times a day. Lack of transportation during peak hours. The grounds were in need of a good cleaning (under brush was thick with dead debris). The adults only pool had children swimming in it. Lack of nightly entertainment (surrounding hotels had nightly activities we could hear and see from our resort). Crumbling stairs. Pools closed at 8. Says it’s a 5 star resort but is more a 3 star. 」

「We loved the quiet relaxing atmosphere. The small size of the resort and everything was so convenient located. We had the best time and will be returning soon. 」

「Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. Louis and Anel from the rooftop bar were the best part of our stay. These two always went above and beyond in accommodating us. Most importantly they treated us like friends and really made us enjoy being in the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, budget friendly with some amenities, this is a great option. Really wish they had some sort of laundry options, as that screwed us up after the beach.」

「It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time...
