「Only 4 rooms that were having A/C problems. Of course we had one the rooms. If the A/C isn’t working, why continue to reserve the rooms and not just fix the A/C??? Front desk attendant Dennecia was wonderful and was able to get us moved for our last night in Portland. She made the experience enjoyable. She did as much as she could. Just not sure why the hotel couldn’t fix the A/C in the rooms with KNOWN issues.」

「IF YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR FULL TIME - DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS THE MOST NON ACCESSIBLE HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN TO! There are steps at the front entrance - you have to wheel down the block on broken down cobblestone sidewalk to a side door with a broken auto opener. Or you can pay 7.50 cents to enter the parking structure to be dropped off by an elevator only to lead you to a different broken down cobblestone walkway with no auto opener. Then you will wheel youself up endless ramps that are carpet...

「Bar was lovely and the ambience was beautiful. Restaurant was okay. We did go an hour before closing but I guess the chef had a bad day. Food was burnt. Still I ate it. Wasn’t that bad but I feel for the guy! Other than that nice hotel. Room was cold when I got there. 4/5 experience」
