"First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"

"Service was impeccable from the moment we arrived till we reluctantly bid it farewell. In between, we were treated to serene views of the fields, soothing baths, comfortable bed and visually appealing and delicious dishes at dinner and breakfast. "

"The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing services and teams. The room we stayed in was nice and big and was restocked when needed. I definitely like that we need to take our shoes off at the entrance and the entire hotel is covered in tatami mats! My only issue is that this hotel is used by a lot of foreign tour groups who may not be the most polite people. We had lots of people push in queues for food or drinks, not clean properly before getting in the onsen, etc. so beware of...
