"できたばかりなのもあり、ホテル自体はすごくきれいでした。ただ、色々と不便な部分があり、まず、ツインの部屋に小さなテーブルもないし夜食を食べるのにテレビの部分のちょっとしたテーブルでみんな立ちながら食べました。また、大浴場は日帰りのお客さんが多く、サウナはギチギチでマットも汗でビチャビチャ、さらに朝方、禁煙のはずが部屋にタバコの匂いがしており、廊下にでるとフロア全体がタバコ臭でひどかったです。おそらく、換気扇等で匂いがもれているのかな？綺麗なホテルで期待していただけに色々と残念でした。"

Shiosai no yado Seikai is an outstanding onsen/hotel in Beppu. From arrival to departure the staff, including Mr. Ohkubo, provided exceptional hospitality and service.
