"We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this hotel. Beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and courteous. Its very close to the train station and good dining options, so was also very convenient."

"Our reservations at Hotel Falier was great and everything went very smoothly. The staff (Julia) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located adjacent to one of the canals, not to far from the "terminal station" (drop off point) that you can walk from...with only two bridges to cross. The hotel is also located within a nice shopping area for restaurants and a variety of shops. All in all we were very satisied with our choice to stay at Hotel Falier. "

"Got there very late and the man on duty was very rude, the safe was broken and the key had to back to reception every time you left the room. Clean room, the staff on duty during the day were pleasant. Walking distance to main attractions, located in a quiet courtyard surrounded by nice eating places. "
