Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah. The hotel is in an excellent location, with very convenient access to Masjid al-Haram, making it especially comfortable for prayers and Umrah. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had requested an upgrade to a Haram view room, but unfortunately there was no availability at the time. Despite this, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special by sending a freshly baked cake to our room. It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture, and we really appreciated it. On our final night, due to some maintenance work taking place on the floor where we were staying, the hotel kindly offered us a Haram view room. We were very grateful for their effort and hospitality, and it made our final night even more memorable. The location, cleanliness, service, and hospitality were all excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah for making our stay so comfortable and special. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!"
