The staff was very helpful and nice. Everything was very clean. The pillows were a bit high for me so I requested a flatter one which they brought up to me right away. The staff really made the hotel for me.

There are stains on the bed sheet and blankets. Definitely not comfortable using them. Bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Considering the price point and services, probably won’t return again.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room itself was dated. We found the bathroom shower was very small It was hard to step into the tub to reach area of the shower head. We are seniors and appreciate space while showering for safety as well. We also noted the hot and cold water kept changing temperatures. When we mentioned this it was explained that the renovations of the rooms had been done on the higher floors first. We were on 14th floor. We asked the concierge about a good nearby restaurant for breakfast ( as there was a long lineup in the hotel). (Hardbean Brunch) and it was great!

Lovely hotel about 10 min from DT Victoria. Hotel itself was well maintained, charming, updated with electric vehicle chargers, and honestly a 5 star oasis.
