Nice hotel & great amenities, had a nice walk by the bay

Restaurant food was terrible.

The staff were really helpful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the stay. The AC in the room did not work properly, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage water whenever we showered. When I first checked in, there were also moments where I genuinely couldn’t tell if the room had been cleaned properly. Overall, the condition of the room was very disappointing.

Top tier stay. I requested an upgrade (for a fee) to our room upon arrival and was given an ocean view balcony. The property is gorgeous and has great amenities. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding Hospitality and Rooftop Experience. The rooftop experience was exceptional, and the staff truly enhanced it. Zeek, Richie, and especially David, the manager, along with Madison, Angie, and Tesla at the front desk, provided outstanding service—enough that I made a point of noting their names for recognition

The property is very nice however it’s a bit dated. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very nice. Parking is very expensive and very limited.
