Gulf Islands National Seashore Kid friendly Vacations

Upon arriving at the unit, the door code did not work. My daughter and I stood on the sidewalk talking to customer support for about an hour trying to get a working code. Upon entering the unit, my daughter thought someone was living there because the unit had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, dishes in the sink, trash everywhere. Customer service verified that the unit had not been cleaned. We were then put in another unit. It was so hot! The ac was not working. Customer service said emergency maintenance would be there in 15-20 minutes. Morning came and no ac repair man yet. He arrived at 10 a.m. that morning. This is unacceptable and I will not stay at another Landing Property.
