Riviera Maya Kid friendly Vacations

This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. Everything stood out, but Geyslor at the beach preferred club is very special, personable, warm and professional. We got a bed on the beach one of the days and enjoyed relaxing and being taken care of by staff. Even though the club was sold out there was no waiting, enough chairs and didn't feel crowded at pools or beach. I had teenagers with me and they enjoyed their time as much as we did. Also visited a couple cenotes and Tulum city which is 15 minutes away. Enjoy!

Loved our stay here, the place is beautiful, lots of different food. The beach has lots of seaweed but the hotel had people cleaning it up. The beach was nice but it is very rocky, definitely recommend water shoes!

Stayed for 11 nights in a Diamond Club room ocean view Feb, room was always spotless, Adriana was the maid and she was awesome. Our butlers were Carlos and Ulises and they checked in twice a day to see if anything was needed. booked our nightly al la cartes, got a bottle of alcohol for our room. Took care of two minor issues with the room almost instantly. Awesome fellas. Juan and Aldo were always at the DC pool to get chairs and always attentive. Super friendly guys. I think the 7.4 rating on expedia is fairly accurate but some people will never be happy. Zen and Agave were our favorite restaurants.

Room was spotless, entire resort was spotless! Staff spoke every single time we passed by, very friendly and courteous. The Zen Teppanyaki grill was amazing! Our grill master Richi cooked our food to perfection and was very entertaining. Our other wait staff at the grill (and the entire resort) were awesome as well, too many names to remember but I will try: Edwardo, Enricho, Armando (buffet), bartenders Hugo, Jujulianna (at the beach bar….who I promised my pair of fun sunglasses to if I can ever find out how to send them (the bar closed early and I never found her again….so sorry Julie!) We also loved the beautiful rooms and especially the double shower heads, amazing! Overall a great stay and would stay again. Only drawback was the reservation system…..nearly impossible to get more than one during our stay..I happened to have a fantastic contact in my Expedia rep Yale Coba, he was instrumental in securing reservations for my group and helped with booking our excursion as well, thank you again Yale!
