The Staff was amazing and super helpful. Alfonso in the World Cafe was amazing and remebered our names and preferences from the first day we met. Luisa in the preferred club was super helpful with multiple requests we had and made us feel very welcome.

Customer was misinformed, no proper sign and treated customer very badly from arrival to departure everything was a chaos.
The only good thing about this resort is the representative staff from Expedia Yael and and manager from buffet side Daniel they were the once who helped us a lot . I would not call this resort a 5 star .
