The suite was lovely, well equipped and the hotel was in walking distance of everything.

Our stay was excellent. The only complaint that we have is that we were charged for a bottle from the fridge and we are not aware that we used anything.

Hotel lobby and dining was great, clean. Guest room and kids pool area needs a major reno/scrub. Our guest room bathroom was dingy and old, there was mold in the shower, shower faucet was loose, toilet was hard to flush, TV was glitchy - not worth the money/night. Family pool area gave me the ick, someone needs to deep clean the entire room, hotel needs to redo all pool walk ways and the rougher material on the stairs. The pictures on the website have been retouched for sure. The pool was also very cloudy. For a heated pool, it was freezing. My kids loved the slide!

Lovely hotel in nice area

In life, you usually get what you pay for. This hotel is no exception. I travel for work once a month at the minimum, sometimes 3 times a month. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It was my first time in a Ritz Carlton. It won't be my last.

Great location. Average hotel. Nice that breakfast is included. Pool has steps for entry. Shower water pressure was good. However, there are no extra outlets for charging your phones or devices. Pack an extension cord amd unplug a lamp or two. Also, parking for the day of check out expires at 2pm. Friendly and helpful staff and was quiet.

Great location, can walk to many attractions, restaurants, and Harbourfront. Streetcar right outside. Wonderful outdoor pool with a great view. Easy & reasonable parking. Comfortable spacious rooms with nice amenities. We had a problem with our AC in original room and when it couldn't be repaired, we were immediately moved to another room. Only complaint was our second room was above a restaurant and we could hear all the talking through our bathroom vent. Overall loved this place and will be back!
