「Great place to stay!」

「Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night.」

「Great property with beautiful views of the lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen with full size fridge and the complimentary breakfasts are really good.」

「Breakfast room was not properly attended to」

「Loved this new hotel. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Staff at front desk was great very helpful and sweet. Only thing was the noise we heard constantly in the walls. 「Such a great budget stay. They were super quick to reply to all my questions, the staff were so welcoming, and everything was spotless clean with a good breakfast included. Highly satisfied!」

「ホテルの立地は非常によかった。シャワールームが狭い。料金がやや高い。」

「Everything」

「This is the second time staying at this location and my family absolutely loved our mini vocation. We cooked meals, enjoyed peace and quiet of the lake. We are planning our stay for next yr for sure. The staff were so pleasant to talk to and met any of requests and answered any of questions with a friendly smile. I can't wait for our next stay at the Pinedale Inn.」

「The amenities were great. The heated pool was not warm enough.」

「I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

「The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality.」
