"We went for a hockey tournament. I understand these can get loud in hotels for other guests. But we had just gotten back to our rooms being gone all day at games walked out of our room and was standing in hallway waiting for my husband to come out of the room also not really making noise or doing anything wrong and security came up and starting getting mad at me for waiting in the hallway outside my room at 5:30. "We were disappointed that we booked rooms side by side so that we could help with our grandchildren and we even called the day before to confirm that we had side by side rooms and were told yes. We arrived the following day and we were on different floors which made it very difficult to help out and made several trips up and down to our rooms. Not at all happy with this "

"The room was large and quite clean. Lighting was poor in all areas of the room. They need to keep up on maintenance as there was a large split in the ceiling from previous water damage that needed patching and painting. Bed was clean and comfortable. Washroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good however the hot portion was made at 7am and not touched until it closed at 9am. Staff was courteous and checkin/checkout was easy and fast. Overall a cheap price but very good value for your money. Would definitely stay again."
