The staff were friendly and helpful as well. One thing that could be improved is the lime water at the entrance. It didn’t look very hygienic and had some black stuff in it, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the experience was good."

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "
