The man at reception, Tony was very helpful and patient while trying to figure out my credit card situation. I felt safe and comfortable. The bed was sooooo comfortable. Close to alot of restaurants. Quick bus ride to the train station. I will definitely be coming back here again

We enjoyed the stay. There are a lot of food options near the hotel. We especially enjoyed the Persian bakery around the corner. Our only complaint was the incredibly steep and narrow stairs, there was no elevator.

The room is clean and newly renovated. The room space is good as well. Only thing I like to say is the breakfast is too simple. However, it is pretty good overall for that price.

Decent place to stay for 1 night for convenience and affordability. Location felt safe and the there were lots of options for coffee shops/restaurants/etc. Front desk attendance was nice but the interaction was very little so can't comment too much on this. Looks like they did clean the room, but did find a clump of hair on the tub/shower wall so that was a turn off. Again, if you just need a place to stay overnight, not a bad place. Unfortunately, due to our next door neighbor couple deciding to use this hotel as their fun place well into the night (well after 2am), it made for a very uncomfortable stay.
