A really enjoyable stay in Toronto. The hotel was really good and the staff were excellent. Big shout out to the Irish chap at Reception who was moving back to Dublin. Good luck!

Very clean rooms in good condition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Area is very noisy - we heard loud music from nearby restaurant / club until early hours of morning. However the worst part was on our first night, drunk guest collapsed outside our room and cut head open. Had to ring down to Reception. Staff had seen guest walking through with bottle of whiskey in hand and still let him come upstairs. Had to ask for money back as nothing was offered and they did not seem bothered by the incident at all.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. I removed one star because there was something weird going on with the lights. When we got into bed, the switch on one side of the bed would turn everything off, with no way for the person on the other side of the bed to keep the reading light on, or to leave the bathroom light on. That one master switch beside the bed (same one beside the door) turns everything off. Also the power plug on one side of the bed did not charge - there are no USB plug ins in the room, you need a converter for USB. The bar was a nice environment with some fun cocktails, the staff were friendly, the valet service very convenient, and it's well located within walking distance to a lot of places. We would stay there again.
