I have been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years and it’s starting to show it’s age. The walkway from the parkade to the lobby has a funky Miley odour. The same odour was in the closet in my room when I opened the closet door. I found a lot of hair in the carpets and bathroom floor of my room. Overall the room was not clean. Due to covid, I did not get any house cleaning services.
Worse hotel ever . No air condition work . Come to room 1005 no air condition work . No remote control for the Tv ,!i called front desk then I have to wait for 28 minutes. Then I called again , front desk forgot . Then I have to wait for 29 minutes to fix the air condition .then we have to change to room 1002 . No sorry no apologize

There was no one at the front desk during my check out. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes. The clerk went upstairs somewhere. Didn’t even apologize when he came back.
well I booked on your site from Toronto, for a Toronto destination, thought it was quoted in Canadian currency, to my surprise it was US. That was a surprise I didn't like.
Second, my girlfriend got bitten a few times on her hand, she left after first night, hotel only changed room, next day after checking my credit card, they also charged my credit card for the two nights.
They called saying they will reverse charges
Overall Poor experience

I booked this property for the indoor swimming pool but the chlorine was so strong that it burned my kids skin. They literally had burn rashes all over their bodies. And it would be nice if in winter they would put comforters on the beds it was very cold for us and we kept having to ask for more blankets and the blankets were very thin. The wallpaper was peeling and the window seals were dirty.

Rude delta
Check in staff was very nice but other staff was rude
old n bad condition inside the room and smells !
poor n slow services to fix the toilet flush and the table lamp....took them 3 hours to send the bell service to help us to change the room and they told me only one bell man worked that day because the other one called in sick...very funny reply !
overcharged customer for the parking garage n dont even know the misc charge for what...actually !
This is a very tired hotel in desperate need of a heavy duty renovation.
The double beds are too small and hard for two people to sleep in so we had to upgrade to a king suite. My 16 yr old son was forced to sleep on the pull out couch as we now had only one bed in the suite. He didn’t sleep at all that night as the metal support of the frame could be felt through the lumpy, thin mattress. The next day, I asked for for a cot to be brought to our suite as I couldn’t subject my son to another night on the couch. Although the first inclination was to bill me for the cot, cooler heads prevailed and they realized the cot was needed as the pullout couch provided was sub-par. When we tried the cot that night, the springs also could be felt through the old mattress and so we put it on the floor for the remaining 2 nights we were there. My husband slept on the floor and my son in the King sized bed with me as we were there from Vancouver for a sporting event for my son.
The cleaning staff were embarrassed in the morning when they can in the tidy up and saw the mattress on the floor. They did acknowledge that the hotel was old and in need of an upgrade.
I would not stay at the hotel again until a lot of money was put into it. The staff are helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help make the best of the stay.
This is not the quality of room, beds or hotel I would expect of a Delta hotel and I was very disappointed.

The pool and hot tub was amazing, the brunch options were good but pricey. The room furniture had a little wear and tear.
The room was great. The pool facilities are fantastic for the kids. My only problem is that it has been under renovation for years. We go there at least twice per year and it has been under renovation forever. I am a little annoyed that they charged me $6.00 for breakfast for a twenty one month baby.
