The only good thing about the room was that the beds and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the bedroom was filthy, there were stains and poorly done patches on the walls. There was much more. The hallway carpets were equally as bad, dirty and stains everywhere. We wanted to go for a swim, but the chemical smell was so strong our eyes stung. There were big black stains on the bottom of the whole pool. The hot tub was murky and there were huge rust stains everywhere in the room. We went to dinner in the restaurant and besides a couple having a business meeting, we were the only two there. I asked the waiter where all the people were, she didn't know. We should have left. The food came and it was far worse than any greasy spoon we could imagine. Eggs were covered in some kind of oil, the potato chunks were cooked way beyond being edible. The other meal, a club sandwich was two pieces of bread slapped together with frozen chicken nuggets and piled on top of the fries. The fries were ok. Nothing was even close to the quality we expected at a Radisson. The Maitre D, Sam, was very kind and tried to see if anything could be done to make our meal better. How could he, it wasn't his fault, it was the kitchen. They finally took 25% off our bill. The patio outside was covered in weeds growing up between the cracks and it was very evident it was not in use. This is a very tired and neglected establishment. Expedia needs to send a rep to the hotel to do a quality check.

Generally the hotel experience was okay, the facility is a bit tired & the restaurant has no liquor licence,so if you want a beer or glass of wine with dinner you’re out of luck.

I chose Park Inn at 555 Park Inn, Markham because it was close to work and had a swimming pool. Unfortunately this hotel rents out their swimming pool out and conducts children swimming classes (non-guests). They use the emergency door of the facility allowing the parents and children to come in and out. Felt really uncomfortable and unsafe to be freely allowing people in and out like that. I stayed for a week and all three times they had parents and children (about 15-20 kids) and 2 instructors take over the entire facility. Unfortunate to have found this out after booking and coming here - no notice, no ads, no signage. Hotel staff was dismissive when it was brought up to their attention. Paying guest should never be going through this especially without letting guests know before hand.

La chambre était propre mais trop petite, l ascenceur sembait necessité un peu d entretien car bruyant et saccadée. Les tapis des passages etaient tachés et vieux. Les rampes d accès a la piscine étaient rouillé. Il y a eu 3 voitures de police qui sont venus arrêter du monde dans le parking(je ne sais pas si les personnes arrêtées dormaient là). On a vu un raton laveur entrer par une trappe dans le toit. Sinon le personnel étaient gentil et courtois. Je considère que c est une place ok pour arrêter dormir mais sans plus. Je n aurais pas passé une semaine complète dans cette établissement

The beds are so old, the hallway smells so bad, the stand of the bathroom vanity is broken, the iron and iron board were burned and so dirty..nothing meets the basic standards of a hotel. Horrible experience will never recommend to anyone or use it again.

The hotel smells like moldy, they have bleach stains all over the carpets, I was moved twice and both rooms had stains and lamp shades and walls. My second room had hair in the bed and makeup on the pillow from someone else. The wear and tear to the hotel problem comes from the fact that it’s used as a halfway house for refugees. I checked in and checked out 3 hours later. They refused to give me a refund until Expedia called. This is a 1 star motel don’t be fooled by the pictures.

The property is 30+years old. Our washroom was leaking , not too bad to impact living there, but it was wet the whole time. The bedsheet had some stains, it was cleaned, but still there were stains. The pool is available, but sometime it was rented to some swimming classes, so we could not access it whenever. However, the location is very convenient, close to highway 7. T

I highly do not recommend this hotel. I arrived and there was cops outside as i was unpacking my things to head in i was informed that there is drug busts at this hotel every week and that day there was an individual that drove up to the hotel with a gun. I asked the person at the counter about the cops and was told they just patrol the area sometimes. I gave them a chance and got my key as i entered the elevator is smelt as if some animal had died in there. I arrived at my floor and the hallway with carpet was absolutely disgusting, there was stains everywhere on the floor and bleached areas and it smelt awful. I get inside my room to find old napkins and wrappers under the bed when i did my check for bed bugs. There was dirt on all the carpet in the room. There was also sounds of banging in the room beside mine and people also getting their pleasure. Gross. I went back to the lobby to get a refund for the three nights i would stay there and the guy told me he couldnt do anything because his manager wasn't in, i asked him to contact the manager and he said he couldnt and that the manager would be in the next day at 10. I handed my card back in and left and found another hotel, i came back the next day for 10 to discuss things with the manager and was told from a lady that the manager wasnt going to be in till 1:00, after another attempt at 1:00 and fighting back and forth i got refunded for two of the three nights. Save your money dont go to this disgusting hotel.
