Great place but need better check in process.

Clean room, lots of amenities, great city views

Thank you for accommodating us, we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, safe, and clean. We especially loved the kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This is an apartment in the Massey Tower. If you are expecting a typical hotel check-in experience or service from the concierge you won't be receiving either of those things. Even though it was psuedo-legal it was quite enjoyable, centrally-located, and close to a subway stop and the PATH system in Toronto. It was perfect for my needs. Glad I brought my own silverware and didn't need to microwave anything. Great views of the city!

Perfect stay

We ended up arriving 1 day too early and the hosts were super accommodating and made arrangements for us for the extra day within minutes! Finding the tiny entrance to the building next to Starbucks was confusing as a newbie to the area, but that's where the struggles ended. The entrance is secure with a guard at a desk. For extra $$, there's parking in the building (a hidden garage behind the building that the owners will give a key fob to). The place was absolutely gorgeous! A corner 2-bedroom...

We booked through Wikipedia and contacted the property via the app on the check-in day, and they promptly assisted with check-in. We met at the building entrance at the check-in time, and the host personally showed us the room and handed us the keys. The room was newly built, very clean, and the building had staff on site, ensuring security and safety. We could reach out anytime for help, and they were very accommodating. Since it's a newly built building, the address wasn't accurate on Google...

We were offered an upgrade to help better fit our group. Responses were very quick and helpful. View and location were choice. Just be mindful of how to check in and out for the smoothest possible experience! :)

This was a great find. Wonderful location, clean and quiet space. Perfect for a solo traveler. I would definitely recommend this one.

Nice clean Condo

Any dining option you could imagine is downstairs in The Well or within a 10 minute walk. Lots of places downstairs close around 9pm on weekends though, so take this into account. A thriving downtown bar/club scene a few blocks north along King St was also a welcome surprise. Robbas grocery was a quick two block walk for snacks and at-home foods. As for the room, we initially had issues with the electronic fob not letting us into the gym but our point-of-contact for the room was gracious and...

Beautiful place, great location.

My first time in Toronto and I don’t regret it one bit. I got this loft which is cheaper than the hotels. The view is something else too. Right next to the CN Tower with a balcony. I actually thought about sleeping outside lol. Host was very quick to respond. I also recommend getting the parking which is cheap but also the parking spot is right next to the door with the elevator. Very nice spot really wished I stayed longer but I will be back.
