「The host was very accommodating and the place was very nice and exactly as described! Check in was easy and nicely laid out. 」

「It was nicely furnished and decorated. I loved soaking in the bath. The balcony looked out over the woods. It felt private and peaceful.」

「Good communication before and during our stay. Nice area and amenities. Everything was clean. Some areas of suite are starting to show signs of wear and tear. 」

「Not luxury by any means. Pictures are deceiving. When we arrived no towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissue. Batteries dead on remote. Both Coffee maker and keurig were broken. Was told we would have supplies delivered in the morning. No response from host. Ended up buying our own supplies. Completely ignored after that. Never again.」

「To start, the room wasn't ready by the appointed time so we had to wait half an hour for them to finish cleaning. The washer and dryer had been removed so we didn't have any laundry facilities for our 6 night stay. We didn't have any towels at all until the following morning. There was also no kettle, paper towels, pots, tea towels, dish cloths or cleaning products. The flat wear, utensils, sheets and hand towels were of the cheapest quality, I actually went out and bought our own linens to use...

「It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. 」
