「This is absolutely unacceptable. I stayed here last week in another two-bedroom suite and had a great experience, which makes this even more disappointing. I am currently staying in Rooms 6111 and 6109 on a 2-day stay checking out friday May 29 , and upon entering we immediately found clumps of hair throughout the room. The carpets appear to not have been vacuumed properly, and one of the bedroom showers was absolutely filthy to the point where I had to rinse and clean it myself with the shower...

「The property is lovely. The rooms are spotless and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious. The live entertainment at night was great fun.」
