「Absolutely stunning! My family spent a night here over the Easter weekend and we can’t stop talking about it. If you ever wanted to be transported back to a time of Titanic era luxury, this is it! Can’t want to go back.」

「Everything was good but the pool is a little chilly. 」

「The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor. 」

「Grace was very accommodating and the property was very quiet and peaceful . The beds were not overly comfortable and the cabin could’ve used more attention to detail when cleaning. Overall, was an ok experience and happy that it was pet friendly. 」

「My close friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. There were enough beds for our group and the facilities ensured we enjoyed home comforts while also living up to promises of quiet and solitude in nature. We had long chats by the fire by night and hiked in the surrounding Backus conservation area by day. We will definitely be back in the future! 」

「The stay mm was lovely. The place was very clean and close to beautiful amenities. The bathroom was located in a different building, which was not ideal. More privacy on this busy property would have been welcome.」

「The staff were really friendly and polite. The hotel has a slightly outdated feel and could do with a revamp but the room was clean with no issues. I booked a room with breakfast but not all bookings do come with free breakfast.」

「Upon arrival all the dishes were left in the dish washer dirty. The bathroom hand soap was also empty. 」
