「Hotel looks brand new and was immaculate.
Reception - great employees working there, so welcoming and always helpful. Only confusion was we asked for every other day a tidy up in our room (we stayed a week), and they came once on the third day and not again, so I kept having to ask for supplies. Then finally the cleaners came in to do a thorough clean, but we declined as we were leaving the next day as that didn't make any sense.
Breakfast - the area was modern and comfortable and great use...
「They offer breakfast every morning. The hotel is located in downtown Hamilton, so it's easy to use buses. Unfortunately the shower stayed cold for two days out of ten.」
「We stayed there for one night during a road trip, checked in late in the evening (around 10pm), staff was nice and got us checked in quick and easy, the room was clean and the beds were so soft and comfortable, temperature control in the room was easy and AC worked well, nice blackout curtains and clean bathroom. Checkout is at 12 which is very convenient for late sleepers like us! Overall, perfect for a comfortable stay, we will be returning during our next trip in the region!」
「Nice and clean. Only complaint would be the lethal amount of chlorine used in the pool. Our eyes were burning the whole time just being in the pool area. Even stronger while sotting in the hot tub. Could smell chlorine through the whole hotel. Other than that the stay was beautiful. 」
