"Very friendly and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and conveniently located on the bottom floor so we could use the sliding glass door to go to and from our car. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport, which was super convenient for us as we were picking up someone from an early morning flight.
We had a lovely stay, I would definitely book here again when visiting Kitchener or catching a flight from Kitcgener/Waterloo."

"All of us travelling enjoyed the convenience of the location to the 401 and a variety of stores and restaurants. Customer service was amazing! That was SO nice to see in Ontario, since customer service has gone down overall lately. We loved the hot tub and pool. The breakfast options and little extras were very much appreciated too!"

"Full kitchen, amazing view, dimmable lighting, smart tv, fridge & freezer, washing machine & full laundry. Bed was mediocre but it was clean with ample pillows. Had everything we could need. Excellent location with good food within a 12 minute walk -- most being 3-8 minutes. Transit nearby. Easy parking. Responsive host. Digital entry was easy. Would stay again."

"The rooms were a nice size with a little living room, with couch, but it could use a little updating. Beds were comfortable but had to ask for extra blankets. The breakfast was basic with waffle maker, boiled eggs and yogurt. Good coffee. Staff were friendly. "
