"Breakfast wasn’t included, parking was extra, and not easily accessible. It was across an alley and up and down two flights of stairs with no elevator. The thermostat in our room was broken and the room was freezing. Tried to call the front desk many times without getting an answer. Finally, spoke to the front desk in person and they gave an excuse about how it’s two sections of the building and didn’t find a solution. Also, there are no change rooms or washroom anywhere near the pool, so patrons are obviously not showering before entering. And to access the squash court you need to go outside and across the same alley as the parking garage. The sauna was also padlocked and not useable."

"Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. "
