「This was the perfect little downstairs apartment for my spouse and I! Located in a quiet neighborhood, with a parking spot right out front. It was easy to get on the freeway, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and a quick drive to downtown Toronto. The house and huge lot are not sending out inviting vibes, but the apartment itself is so sweet and charming. And did I mention clean? Very pet friendly but yard not fenced, so keep a dog on a lead.
